how do i get permission to upload files ?
and change my name to OmgItsFireFly

Not sure but you have to have around 15-20 post for posting links (not sure if uploads are same)

For name changes, you can request one every 1000 posts I believe.

You can change your name every 1,000 posts.
Optionally, you can donate $20 and change it right now.

Just make a knew account lol.

To upload files you use the attachment option.

1,000 posts or donator.
Upload files using the attachment option when you make a thread.

ps: if you go to the donation thread, almost everyone has donated 25$.

Maybe you she let you get it for 5$ cheaper because you're minion , if not maybe you helped the site out before you got minion and she let you slide $5.

I only donated $20, though that was like a year ago. Long before I became a minion or contributed anything.
