Something that lets you auto-connect to certain realms (elder train)

You could try a map-making system where you show the entire map, so you can easily find your way in dungeons to t-rooms and bosses. This would really help in the puppet and abyss.

Is it possible to make a rare event quest marker? (Eg. Beer god, candy gnome, horseless headman)
Not sure about beach bum, since it may ruin the fun searching for him.

Is there a way to exploit the new K-Relay scammy exploit so if your character dies, you get the fame, but it still autonexuses you?

Having a key automatically set your fps to 0 so it would have you in "god mode" per say. Try it out, sit on an Avatar and set your fps to 0. (Not guarenteed to still live). To get out of that position simply press Go back to Home or press the vault, realm hot keys (L and K)

I have a suggestion, I don't know if it would really be considered a hack in itself, but more of a modification. Anyways, hacked clients (like ORape) should have a way to disable the instant trade button. To me this is a pretty obvious give away if another player accepts the trade after only accepting it for like 1 second. Now maybe there is a way to do this already and I just missed it, but I definitely couldn't find it earlier on ORape when I was looking.

Maybe you could do auto spell cast like on priest to heal you when you get to 70% or on knight too stun boss in range
or always cloak when off cooldown

can you do a map reveal?
