All has been decided and so we wont be helping people who want to get phoenix's source working. Since this has been said as no by a lot of the phoenix staff can we make a rule saying that people can't ask how to run it if it has already been answered in other threads which we have all answered so many times. 3 steps to run only and that's it.
And also is Distraught monitoring these sections because it says that he isn't
