The definition of a drug is something that has no caloric value and effects the natural bodily functions of a living organism. You can do whatever you want, and continue to be ignorant to the obvious, but it's definitely a drug. While pharmaceuticals is umbrella'd under my field, I wouldn't consider myself an expert, but to my knowledge, just about every drug (recognized/defined as by the FDA as a "drug") out there is based on biological materials, if not directly cultivated from organisms. A few exceptions, off the top of my head, are bath salts, THC and MDMA. I'm sure there are more, but being synthetic or natural has absolutely nothing to do with the definition of a drug. It took the OP 3 tries to successfully upload an attachment, so I'd say whatever he was using was effecting his cognitive ability to use the internet

Very minimal due to the fact it's only chams. As long as you don't prefire or draw much attention you should be fine. But it still is detectable and you can be banned for it.
