HELP PLEASE!
Guys i have a big problem, long time ago i was using an A.V.A. hack made by ccman, after that the game wont startup anymore, i have always the hack allert. One day i was openeing the task manager and saw csrss.exe process, i tried to end the process but i was unable to do that because the access is denied, then i tried to go to the file directory, but nothing appaired.

How to solve it? Please help.

(THE 2 FILES WITH RANDOM NAME ARE 2 SCREENSHOTS OF THE PROCESS)

SORRY FOR MY TERRIBLE ENGLISH AND FOR THE WRONG POST SECTION

Would it not be wise to assume that you have been banned? There's nothing we can do if that's the case, sorry.
I was not banned, at my friend's home, my account logins without problem.

Wait so at your friends house you can play but at your house you can't?
exactly, the problem is the csrss.exe process, is a trojan, he changed the name.

You know how to cancel it?

Try closing it in Task Manager once the game starts, tell me if that works.
I tried but, it say that the access is denied

Alright this is what you do, find the process in Task Manager and right click it and select Properties. Then select compatibility and if the box is checked, un-check the box that says Run as administrator. Then select the Security tab and then click edit and change the permissions so that you have FULL control over the process. If that doesn't work then I don't know what to do but if it did then give me a thanks
I can't even go on properties
Try to login on your friend's comp and see if it works
How about running a virus scan? There may be hidden files stored in other place you dont know, if your AV picks them up, delete them or quarantine them.
Then delete directory and try to play.
Or download something like Reghunter, go to autostartup and remove the file from it.
Than go to Task thingy and open the file location, go back to Reghunter and to active processes close the program wich will probably work, go to the file location again and remove the program. Now restart your computer and done!
How about you go to the A.V.A section and ask for help there?
It seems like the NSA has infected your computer with viruses.
