Account in use, Loading, Error loading, retrying. Help

Every time a log into realm, I can play for only about 20 minutes till I get account in use. Once i get this first account in use, i just get off the game and have to wait 10-15 minutes. I have tried downloading and using VPN's such a Hotspot Shield and that has not worked. I also have gone to the adobe settings and set the local storage to zero which does something odd. I have to reopen the swf and when i do, it is loaded up and worked but with no account logged in. When i log into my account it just continues to load. If i dont log into an account, i can play as a guest and actually go into the nexus (never tried seeing if i get account in use during game play on a guest since i have no intentions playing on one all the time). I can be sure it is not because my internet is bad since I am usually on wired and have a good ping. One other thing i have noticed is it seems like the more dungeons and different areas i go into, the faster i get that account in use. I truly dont have a clue on how to fix this. Clearing the local storage worked only the first time i tried it. Does anyone else have any other methods to avoiding this. I mean, it cant be happening to everyone, youtubers are constantly on twitch live streaming for hours upon hours with out one account in use. I also only play on USSouth since the server is hosted closest to me. I believe i have given all information on my problems, please give me feedback and methods to fix this. THANKS !
