Looking for a mentor.

I'm looking for a mentor (as well as a friend) that could teach me how to start coding small programs, so that I can atleast have a base to work from. I have always wanted become fluent in a coding language(Although I don't know what language would be best to start on.) I've tried teaching myself through books and youtube videos and other shit but it always just seems to become more of a task than it is rewarding, I've made simple calculators and the basic shit they teach you but I'm looking for someone that actually knows their shit and can teach me works. I feel this would be much more rewarding for me to have a live person I can ask questions and problem solve with.

I am currently on my junior summer break and will have plenty of time to devote to this. If anyone knows or is someone that could possibly help me please leave a comment here or send me a message.

I'd like to mention I am not just doing this for making hacks(not that I wouldn't, as mpgh always needs more help keeping hacks up for games, and I've been a leecher for years now) I just don't know anywhere else to go, mpgh seems like a family I trust you guys know what you're doing.
