the selected file is a solution file, but was created with a newer version of this application and cannot be opened

Im getting a issue connecting to port 80 via server.exe where it says something about already registered in registry.

i've set up some servers before so this might be the case, i just dont know how to fix.
do i need to reinstall mysql?

Okay. ive tried everything but i cant change the ip on the client. it works on localhost when i change the ip and give it to friend it doesnt work. all my ports are opened correctly and im sure
