This is what happened...
Me and my friends are going to eat lunch at a restaurant but suddenly , a fake Indian security guard (we thought he was a real one) came and told us about a incident... He told us that we bullied a kid in the arcade and the kid reported to this fake Indian Security.. And the fake security guard say the kid's father want to see us... (The Kid and the father is a made up by the fake security guard) he then took us to a coffee shop and wait... He told us to put our things in my friend's bag cause the fake security guard say his father will check the pockets for any familiar things... so we put in the phone , Wallet and everything... then he tried to separate us ... that time , there were 4 of us , 2 of my friends followed the fake security guard... He took them to a restaurant and tell my friends to wait... then he took 1 of my friend to a different restaurant , the fake security guard told me to stay at the coffee shop and the bag is in his hands... so when I finally found out that everything was a lie, I found my friends and we reported to the police... The police called for back up... There were 20+ of them to search for the fake security guard... but some police found some Indians but they were not the fake security guard... we were in a shopping mall...
now the phone is in his hands... total of 4 iPhones , my friend's bag and Rm400+ cause we all use iPhones...
now we are worried what will happen.. He took our money and phone.. and yes , we reported again to a Police Station and they helping us...
I've watched a few documentaries on this sort of thing, it happens a lot.
People get inspections by fake hotel security, fake police stop people and steal their car, shit's crazy.
Always ask for some ID or ask an official member of staff about the guy who's questioning you.
