Umm i dont really understand what they saying but i think some of the files u installed are detected or missing.
i think u have to re install ... not sure.

ow i found the files , i lost my .exe installer , evrything stands on my desktop otherwise he starts dowload all the crap again

Yes and plus uninstalling is the best way to remove errors.

Yes or you can try to download the client again, sometimes it mess up on downloads.
