Just a heads up, microsoft on it's way on releasing Master race Windows, 9!
Microsoft is planning to release a preview build of Windows 9 at a special press event on September 30, according to sources familiar with Microsoft’s plans. The date could still change, but September 30 lines up neatly with previous leaks that suggested a late-September or early-October release date for the Windows 9 technology preview. It’s still unclear exactly how many of Windows 9′s hotly anticipated features will actually make it into the September 30 release — but hopefully we’ll at least see the resurrected Start menu and Metro apps running on the Desktop. We wouldn’t be surprised if you have to wait a little longer for the consumer preview of Windows 9 before you get to play with your new Cortana digital assistant
Well, some peaple still didn't even upgrade/use Windows 8/8.1 that much, good job microsoft!
The only diffrence in Win8 is the start screen & visual stuff...

Visual theme "no transparency" sucks,
No start menu,
Incompatible with some games,
Incompatible with some drivers,
Incompatible with some apps.

I have never even for once, bought a Windows Xp or Vista, or 7. I always used a cracked version.
Because fuck Microsoft they're all rich and their products are overpriced.

Should I wait to build a computer to get Windows 9 or just buy 8.1?

all they have done is add stupid new look, and metro. nothing interesting at all...
I'm curious as to whether it'll be worth updating. I did update my computer from 7 to 8 just because I like the faster boot. Other than that, my 8 acts pretty much like a 7.

Build a computer with windows 8.1, you can upgrade to windows 9 later with decent price.
