help me please

for the last couple of days, any hack/bypass or whatever else i have downloaded, when i go to extract it, it allways says corrupted in an error message, any ideas on a way around this ?

if any1 can also tell me how to insert an image on a post then i can show you what its doing

press it and put in your url

you might have to post the picture online with tinypic/photobucket or something

tried reinstalling winrar, but nothing worked, but also i dont know if this is the prob.. i cant actually get on the site for some reason at the moment so im using a site called :
www.staylowkey.com
that lets you get on any site you want if you cant at the time.. it may be because of that? not sure...
