Steam error?

Can some one help me with this error

It allows me to log in on my other account but not my second one...

Try again. I think this is just steam bug and you have wait.

I had this and i couldnt log on until i updated steam...

Well, when I try to log on my other account that works it doesn't give me a message about updating it...
