New CSGO DDoS method?

So basically my friends and I get these games where we started lagging really hard. Very unusual for us. Recently checked our logs while lagging and found

this.

I think I should've been more clear, basically every time they were shot and or killed by that person and only them their console would get spammed with the game trying to download that.

Not sure what logs you were looking at but I think you mean console and no it doesn't relate to DDoS and yes, there is a way to DDoS the server I've seen it a few times before, not exactly sure how people do it though.

Yea, console.

They could maybe have a exploit for it, but I do think it's just a client based error/fault.
