How do I idle in TF2 2014

Hey guy's I was wondering if there was a way to idle in TF2, I heard they fixed it but I do believe this community has enough dedication to hacking that they bypassed it. So yeah. How do you idle in TF2, and get the drops!

Also, if you know how to, can you tell me how to change your playtime in Steam? Like changing from 30 to 300?

Wait what? How did they fix it? AFAIK it still works, just make a local server and sit there all day...?

isnt there a thing you can put in the start options? that does it?
