Check if your OS is compatible, then check if you have installed the edited files. Worst case is that you have installed multiple files and you dunno how to remove them, thus leaving you no choice but to re-install blackshot. Lets hope it doesn't go there.

What is your windows?

Guys, it seems like the invisible bots only happens to people who are using intel graphics, either that or their grpahics card is too old. I am using AMD graphics and it works just fine.

Mine is windows 7 64bit

why all the NPC are invisible?

I do not know, could be a graphics glitch. One of our member tested this hack on both a PC with intel graphics and nvidia graphics, it seems that only the nvidia worked, yet other people claim that they are not having problems with using intel graphics to run this hack. It is a very strange problem.
