Developers lying about bans

So i just got global banned on my 2 accounts. Actually i did not hack on one of them, but thats not important at the moment.

I tweeted Hicks and look what he replied:

Two hours later some other guy asked him why he got banned and now look what he wrote:

Uhmm.. I don't get what you want with this? I don't see them lying about bans at all. He said your ban is valid and we don't have proof to believe you either but to take your word on it.

Look, first he said to me that he checked if my ban is valid.
Then he said to this other guy that he has no access to the "ban database".
So therefore he lied to one of us.

I think that with "Capacity" he means time and not permissions =/
