Oh shit, this sucks.
Instead of posting useless programs, go to study a book. However, if you make these programs only for exercise, you do well, but don't post here, these programs are everywhere.

Maybe he wants people's feedback to improve his program? I mean, this is the Coding Section, expect people to release their programs...

This is the classic web browser. I advised him to not post this because maybe nobody will use this. Just rename it in Internet Explorer, because the webbrowser control is detected by default as ie7
