Keyboard Problems

Recently my Blackwidow Chroma had major issues, until it finally died. Now, my PC detects it as "Razer Bootloader".
I tried:
Reinstalling Synapse
Deleting Drivers through Device Manager
switching USB ports

Someone please help ;-;

If you can give me some more information on the problem, I could most likely help. Like what version of Synapse you're running, and what OS you have.

There should be no reason to have a warranty, he should be able to clain RMA if he ordered it recently from somewhere like newegg.. @Horizon.

Problems with using it RMA:
I used the serial for an SE for one of my clients.

Thanks, I saw this solution online but I never found a driver download
