help! injectors

i need alot of help none of my injectors work it comes up with
"windows cannot access the spcified device, path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to acces the item"
if any1 can tell me what to do and how to get round it id love that.
btw this is on all injectors perx, stealth injector and automatic injecters
