[RESOURCE] Lua-based Fakelag

Hello, everyone! I'm releasing to you all Lua-based fakelag! Don't worry, it's not the real stuff! It's a version that the almighty cdriza attempted at recreating with the help of me. Silly boy doesn't even know proper operands yet :\ He'll get there, though. Anyway, just thought I'd help him spread the word!

Don't you use host_timescale in Ampris? just make a bSendPacket module
