i have seen it done, with .partX.rar files.
they would have to be split up into 4mb files.
Mod.part1.rar
mod.part2.rar
mod.part3.rar
mod.part4.rar
etc...
if you right click all of the parts at once, you can extract it as a single file.
i was going to do it, but most people wouldn't know what to do with all of them. if you just try extracting one it says it is corrupt.

yeah, that would be better bc then we can have it in the server and keep track of whats being downloaded.
or, i can supply the rez injector and the .dtx and .ltb files, and they can do it themselves.

im sure most who use these are able to do that. W/e its easier, but im trying to keep outside links minimal, even though a lot of people are complaining about uploads.
the more people are allowed to do this, the higher the chance somebody will put a virus in one and ruin it for everybody.

You can't pack a virus into a .rez file, seeing as how it's a module.
its pretty hard to inspect a file that you cant download cause there is no link...
