You still can. Get them to ship you a replacement to a reship and then pay the shipping costs. Not as easy but still not that hard !

They asked me to ship the keyboard, I told an excuse, they said they couldnt help me anymore. A reship would be expensive as fuck, its easier to go to amazon and SE them.
