Colored names

Hi Today i saw 2 People with Red Colored name in Cs:go how is that possible i tried old ^1yourname method but this wont work. Is it a hack?

normal thats why i was so shocked (both went East Europeans)

next time i do a screeshot

what i saw was this if they shot somebody it shows name in red (Turner was the name of 1 Guy)

also if you press tab there name was red there too

might a new private hack?
