"Perform a headshot while overriding 10." This means that you need to do 10 headshots while the Override skill (pressing T, slowing time) is active.

As for the healing items thing, I don't think you need to worry about it. Besides, it says you already finished this achievement.

so i have to make 30 headshoots? whattt i dont get it there say 30...They are cumulative ? or i have to do 30 in one overriding

HEaling efekt=U can't use (+)health in full game (i mean this from lvl point)
HS=u need to kill 10 enemy HS using skill but no needed "combo" x30
