Quick question about certain rules... (posting approval needed)

Can I post fake spreading applications (main purpose to bind it with a RAT)? They literally don't do anything, I'm willing to post them in the programming-> vb section for feedback, full source code included.

Am I allowed to do this?

This would still go to Dave in the end when it comes to being approved because what if an MPGH user gets a virus and whatnot just from downloading an attachment that contains these.

If it is just showing it to people, I would just make a repository on github and put it there
