I think you should drop the SSD and invest in a better GPU, also you dont need 16GB ram in a budget build.
Get a better GPU as ram wont help you get higher fps in games.

Get 6300 with r9 280x

What are you try to do with this ?
if its video editing its okay to have ssd and a hhd

if your planing to play games cut ur rams and ssd also psu 500w is enough..
Upgrade you VGA! only if u wanna play games without lags lol.

you can always add and a ssd when u have money, better to feature poof VGA
