Working with raw-food isn't that easy as I can't heat it up.
So it's made with cashew as a base combined with oil and cocoa.
But then again, I don't see something you've made



The last thing is basically (from the left) salmon with wasabi-nuts, lemon wedges and something I can't remember.
And the other thing is a chevice made up of scallop, paprika and tarragon.



Those are actually lamb even :P

Well, the problem is that I wasn't really working all alone on all of that.
So I had to let people due to "being friendly" touch everything.

Which led up to me not having everything as I wanted it, and besides. Rawfood is hard and quite honestly, it sucks.
I'd rather have a juicy steak.

(I also have to point out again that I can't really bring a camera with all it's filth into the kitchen due to regulations)
