I also like fat food, but dear god. I have no fucking idea on how they manage to become so fat.
I know everyone is different, and my metabolism is through the roof. But - If you see yourself starting to "let go" why don't you fucking lift your fat ass and do something about it. Unless you want to be fat and possibly get a heartattack.

anyway, my dad used to hire workers that were immigrants and a few of them lived with us while they worked with us. They used mayonnaise a lot, because fat bring out a lot of flavor.
