The pillow is taken from another place that sells it for around the 60 - 70 dollar range and ADP (the site) lists it for quadruple the price. I know because I bought a pillow there and asked a bunch of people who know about these things and they all told me the same thing. I returned my pillow ASAP after that.

The best pillow in the market is around 9,000 JPY and can only be bought on Amazon JP. So what people do is they get a reship and send it there and ship it to them. Overall cost of the whole thing is around $150 tops.
