Lost all fat food, junk food, eat all greens,lose all fried food, get a doctor to create a work out diet.
Halp me, I'm tryn'a make some gains at home. Got a pull up bar and a set of 25lb dumbbells.
I'm 16 years old, 5'11 and 160 lbs. I wanna gain some mass, and get cut. Any simple home workout routines you could suggest and any diet tips?

Just load up on carbs before and after you workout. There's tons of videos YouTube that can help you out

Here's a diet tip. There's no such thing as an effective temporary diet. People who do these "diets" more often than not regain the weight they lost and than some. Your eating habits should be healthy, and consistent. If you are serious about gaining muscle mass than you should have a high protein intake with a carefully regulated surplus giving your muscles plenty of energy to move and grow. Acquire protein from lean meats such chicken or turkey, as well as fish. Don't forget to maintain a balanced diet so eat your fruits and veggies.
Shit I'm trying to gain mass with you bud :') , I'm 6'2 but only 175 :/

80% nutrition 20% training, look at joining a gym unless you can train properly at home and have proper equipment (at least barbell, power rack and bench) for a routine start with stronglifts 5x5.
I would suggest against that, because
its severally bad on your joints...
also once you start losing fat from jogging miles/kilos you have to increase ( to 3 miles then 4 then 5 etc) or the effect will plateau.
I would suggest High interval training (training super hard for 45 seconds, resting for 15.) Burpies , up downs, cherry pickers, jump ropes, punching bag, mma..... anything to get your heart rate up. Also, if you're going for abs (guessing you are) protein and greens, stay away from anything processed. I lost 20ish pounds kicking out anything processed
