If i open the Launcher than i login its says User Authentication Failed

If you are seeing "User Authentication Failure" when signing in, this means you are unable to access the game servers.
This message will display for the following reasons:
You are in a physical location that is restricted from accessing game servers.
Your account has been blocked for participating in or being related to actions that have violated the Terms of Service.
You have accessed an excessive number of accounts within a 24-hour period. This will resolve after 24 hours if you do not attempt to log into more than six accounts in that time.

So if i'll not log into AVA for 24 hours , maybe this will resolve this problem?
