Questions about hacking Shards/PlayerLvl

Hi guys, I was wondering how risky is to hack some Shards to buy characters/cosmetics from store (Currently in patch 4.2.x)

• Can bhvr/EAC detect this even if I spend all my shards?
• They can see the devotion level by checking an account manually?
• There is a recommended amount to hack?
• I would appreciate any personal experience too

Yes, BHVR can detect it by simply looking at your account and noticing the spikes in shards. Also, the program that is used to hack the shards can be added to EAC at anytime. Remember that programs can get added to EAC and you won't get banned right away. Sometimes it can take weeks to receive a ban after you've been detected.

Yes they can see this.

If you're going to do it, just don't make it obvious. Don't give yourself like 100,000 shards in a matter of minutes. You're just asking to get banned if you do this. Hacking shards is direct revenue loss for BHVR, so they take it seriously.

• I would appreciate any personal experience too

Personally, I would not use this as it's pretty much a guaranteed ban at some point. If you still want to use it, then use an alternate account at least, that way your main account won't get banned.

I thought about doing it, but I heard that if you account gets banned, all others accounts who had contact with your PC recently will be too. Do you know something about it?

(e.g: If your alt account gets banned, your main will be too. Then, having to start out on a third fresh account with 1 strike)

That depends on the type of ban you receive. If you receive an in game ban (not banned by EAC, but by the mods directly) then your main account would be fine since EAC did not issue the ban. If you receive an EAC ban, then all accounts used by the same PC will be banned.

The last ban wave that occurred were all in game bans because the devs were able to track on their servers who were hacking auric cells. EAC was not involved with those bans.

yes, its not worth to cheat if you care about your account(s) since there is always a risk of getting banned, some people get reported a few months later, some dont get banned for a long time. its a luck game basically or hit or miss game, one salty kid reports you for hacking, and you are basically getting banned no matter what. i didnt really care about grinding this game after i lost my save file back in the days, i hacked the legacy parts that i lost and edited it a bit but i edited the save file back then when clown got released and i got banned on it about early 2019, i got 2 accounts banned but i dont wanna get hwid banned. you did a smart move.
