I havn't heard anything like that but all of the hacks but this one are not working.

Dunno how its handled now in NA, but after all the complains about bans in EU they introduced a new system.

If Hackshield detects something, they check manually.

You will recive following msges: Hacker or Banned by Automatic Ban System. First hacking attempt will give you 15 days ban, second is 30 days and third one is permaban.
