Dunno how its handled now in NA, but after all the complains about bans in EU they introduced a new system.

If Hackshield detects something, they check manually.

You will recive following msges: Hacker or Banned by Automatic Ban System. First hacking attempt will give you 15 days ban, second is 30 days and third one is permaban.
