I dont think you can request coloured names doe.

You can't request colour changes for names.


And as for your OP, it's possible but doubtful that you'll be able to keep your main group as lvl1 because your main group is what gives you your permissions.

Well, if your main group (which is lvl1 right now) stays the same you won't be able to enjoy the permissions of donator (bigger avatar, ability to change your usertitle, etc.). IIRC.

The only way for you to have a different name colour is if an admin creates a different group for you, which won't happen.

In my case the visible rank was stripped so I had a blue name instead, but don't expect them to go out of their way to do it.
If they do, people will start asking for it more and demanding it. Then suddenly, rainbows.
