Phoenix loading error retrying

So after doing the whole import/restore thing, I then changed the password in db/database.cs, after that I did the whole port thing. I run server.exe as admin and whenever I open wserver.exe, it crashes. When I try to run the client, it still says loading error, retrying. Why???

If you have skype up and its still running off of the default ports. Itll crash it.
