Can you intentionally lucid dream?

I know I can't.. Mainly because, by what I read, one can improve his consciousness when dreaming if he keeps practicing on remembering his dreams after he wakes up. However, I immediately forget my dreams when I wake up so I don't even get the chance to practice such a skill :| If I wouldn't know better I'd probably think I don't dream at all Can you guys lucid dream?

Start off by simply writing down the way you feel when you wake up. That first feeling you have immediately as you wake up. Keep track of this and notice the pattern. Then, expect to feel that way as you go to sleep. This will open the path to lucid dreaming. It takes years to do it properly for some.

There was a lot of guides in 9gag when this was a thing at that moment, try smoking some weed then going to sleep, some say thats the same effect as lucid dreaming.

No, but I do experience sleeping paralysis on occasion which - especially on upon first encounter - is as scary as a pile of jews in an oven.

There are supposedly methods that help you lucid-dream - but they're just theoretical.

Yeah. When I do it I have to fall asleep, wake self up, go back to sleep and check your surroundings.

Used to be able to, I hardly dream now.

I did have a dream this morning and it was weird as fuck.

I don't even think I dream anymore. I've heard of lucid dreaming and heard it's possible but I never attempted it; I always feared that it would cause sleep paralysis. I'd shit myself If I woke up and found out I couldn't move.
