My Gmod crashes whenever I shoot a weapon

The weapons I spawn with are fine, but if I spawn any weapon that I have downloaded, as soon as I click it crashes me, help me please!

If you're using steam.
Go to game library>>right click on Gmod>>click properties>>then look for verify integrity of game cache on one of the tabs sorry I don't remember which tab it is.

Figured it out, it was a realistic bullets addon I downloaded.
