Did you really re-install garry's mod?
I get the error
lua_run_cl (hackname).lua
[ERROR] LuaCmd:1: '=' expected near '<eof>'
1. unknown - LuaCmd:0
whenever I try to load up a hack, anyone know how to fix this, the code has always worked before, I recently re installed my Gmod, and that's when it stopped working.
Edit: Just so you don't think I'm too stupid, I did reinstall the hack after I reinstalled Gmod.

Your stupidity is an endless sea.
I'm sorryI don't know the slightest bit of coding and I'm new to Gmod

It has nothing to do with how much coding experience you have. You're using fucking hacks that somebody else coded. All you have to do is use one console command and you're to incompetent to do that. You can't even follow a simple set of instructions. You shouldn't be hacking.
I followed exactly how I've used them before, lua_open_cl (hackname).lua
I've never gotten the error, I type the console command just fine, like I always have.
Because you're an unreasonable idiot and unwilling to admit that you have done something wrong, I'm not helping you.
lua_openscript_cl <hackname>.lua
opening scripts via console like that is probably a bad idea though
Kind of sounds like you have gotten some incomplete coding there, might be possible if you copied it from the forum as some coding goes awry for unknown reason.
His only issue is that he used "lua_run_cl" instead of "lua_openscript_cl".
Thank you.
Jesus fucking shit, guys, sorry...
I though I was doing it correctly, I messed up. Fuck.
