where can i find a tutorial to make a uce? can any1 post a link? Is there a site or something i can learn C++ from?

I have looked on youtube, and found out how to make trainers with cheat engine, but I cannot find a UCE, does any one have a new UCE that I could use to attempt to make a hack... Please don't flame me
If you have your own UCE that you don't mind sharing, please consider PMing me. The Windows Driver Kit seems to only have x64, x86, and ai64 (i think) compilers, but I run on a 32 bit vista. Which one
