That is just the name of the folder to avoid suspision cause Nexon has trollers searching your computer.

Your antivirus is probably screwing it up. Try turning that off and redownloading.

This dosen't need a bypass,correct?

Make sure your antivirus is off and also that you run in Admin mode. Sometimes it is better if you open ingame/
