I bought my OnepPlus One from a Chinese Retailer. To be honest, although it's a tony bit more expensive (depending on where you buy it from) the phone is pretty much exactly the same. It's just the cellular bands that are different. Even then I heard that the bands used in the Chinese retailer phones work fine with US services. So if you don't mind flashing your phone from a Chinese OS to the OxygenOS as well as paying extra get it from the chinese retailers.
