Mine's was on the war of Angola. She was a still a child back then. She survived but got robbed and had a pistol pointed to her head. She had to run away from that country along with my grandparents.

yeah she told me some scary shit like trying to survive on scraps and rations

maken some weird shit to eat just to live she saw people get hung while they were hideing in tunnles pretty bad yeah she was about 17 or some thing like that

My mom was lucky, since my grandparents were rich that time and they were able to escape on the plane. But then they lost everything. But they're good again. Lol.
