Spoke to these two at length about possible opportunities. The entire time they were not only helpful but very supportive and informative.
I decided not to go along with it due to my own time commitments unfortunately but I recommend anybody even remotely interested to have a conversation with them and see where it could possibly take you.

Due to the overwhelming and positive response, we will be temporarily suspending new applications whilst we concentrate on getting the current orders we have completed to ensure the best possible service for our clients.
Alright, so. My business was setup, Pandora (Hova's partner) is nearly always available when I message him, he guided me through using my store, managing sales, managing the FB page etc..
We do have the ads up and running as of now and I am getting sales.not a huge amount of sales yet as we are still gathering more data for the ads etc. Once that's done I will be attracting many more customers and getting more sales hopefully.
Setting up the store took a little longer than expected so Hova was kind enough to upgrade my $250 package to the $500 package for free.
So for now, I am getting sales, not a huge amount yet still working but things are looking very good right now.

My Review:
First of all sales, in 3 days of the website being up and active I have generated in sales: £558.49 which is about 700 USD. (60%~ profit~ This is most likely to increase as the store grows.
Now I'm using my own niche here but the experience that the website delivers is exceptional. First of all the design is very simplistic and modern just how I wanted it, it runs of Shopify which at first I didn't want as when I was originally setting the store up back in December I found it very limiting without paying huge amounts of money that's why I outsourced the job to Pandora who did a great job with it and is clearly experienced with it. Now I have very much come to like it and would recommend it for anyone with a eCommerce store.
Two main features Pandora added was Live chat and Retargetting, these are now two features which I found very helpful. Especially since the Live Chat app gives you the option of website recording to see how your customers are interacting with your site, from what I was able to see I added additional features using the Shopify app which I could see the customer was looking for.
Beforehand before you even purchase Pandora is active and responding to your questions and giving free advice.
Now the main bad boy feature Pandora is to implement is the auto delivery system for my digital products, this will make my business mostly auto pilot and save me time emailing out orders. I will update on how this goes.

So far so good. @pandoraa and @Hova have both helped me out a lot. I got the Presidential Package, and everything is very professional. I have asked a lot of dumb questions and really bugged them both a lot, but they put up with me. I just launched just a few hours ago and already got my first sale. Pandora also said, “I think you might have beaten my fastest sale yet”. Though the first sale was by one of my friends I’m glad I was able to beat his fastest sale. But this is also thanks to Pandora and Hova in assisting me in any way they can to get this set up. The service was relatively quick and professional (being repetitive). Currently we are trying to get the ads optimized, and I hope I get more sales soon. I would definitely recommend this service to those that want to create a eCommerce business. *

Quick little sales update.
Kept myself really busy and as of right now our sales are on 58K GBP and rapidly increasing, the funny thing was if I didn't hire Pandora to do this I most likely would have never even bothered with this and miss out on the profit this has been gathering in the background.
Moving forward I've hired professional teams to take care of the whole business from this point forward and maximise the total profits, so far I've only targeted the UK so sky the limit.
Overall I'm still very pleased with the service. But I have had one negative, Pandoraaa didn't complete the Digital Delivery automation and I had to constantly bother him to do it, he did stall on that for over a month, now, he did say he was having issues with Broadband, Travelling and medical issues. He does for sure seem to be more active now this month then was on February. In the end I just gave up and did it myself, I can't be to fussed with that though. I paid a few measley dollars when compared to what I'm earning on an autopilot business. So happy days.
