I will tell you because I dont really care i dont place mc anymore If you put something in your pv then break a lily pad over and over again like spam it you glitch into it but when you are glitched open your pv pull the thing out put it in you inventory then get out of the lily pad and bam its in you pv and in your inventory.
New Dupe Method?
Idk if this dupe method still works (haven't tried in a long time), but here's how to do it.
Put an item inside a dispenser and make it shoot into a hopper, connect the hopper to a chest and when the item gets to the chest break it (must be done with perfect timing)

Anyone who found a duping method probably will never share it due to it being patched once released to the public.

I don't even see how it would work. As soon as you disconnect the internet and pick it up, that won't register onto the server files. It will immediately tell the server you are having connection issue or disconnected. You picking it up would solely be because Minecraft hasn't fully detected you have no internet connection.
