Gold Exploit Finding

They are losing potential profit but that just isn't the same thing. They are two different, but similar things. They have definitely made their money back, therefore, they are in reality still making money. Don't you know how much they pulled in already since they bought the game? When people exploit the payment system and get gold for cheaper, they are in reality still making money. However, they are losing money that they SHOULD be making, if people weren't to exploit the payment system. It doesn't matter what way you look at it, they are losing money.

their balance is not getting any lower than it currently is from this exploit, how are they losing money

This is all good and well but you need to check the old thread where pktinos found the old method. It could be stolen cards but i sure as hell hope it isnt.

its not stolen cards, thats just what deca THINKS catchmes method is, catchme confirmed that he changes the price he pays for the 16k gold package, and he also confirmed that he wrote his own program to do so (edit the price that paypal charges you)

also i dont think pktinos ever ever ever found a method lol, Luis posted a method once and that was a method founded by someone else, he just posted a tutorial how to do it

and the old method that catchme used before he started using this new one, was an edited version of the Package Spammer released right here on mpgh, he would spam the gold package ID apparently instead of a regular ambrosia package for example

Are we sure DECA is actually the one losing money or not? For third party processors, if you have $25 in your steam wallet balance, then you buy $20 worth of RotMG gold using steam funds, you receive the 2600 gold, but at that point does steam pay RotMG $20? They must, right? So if the exploit is through steam's wallet stuff, DECA is getting paid the full amount, but steam loses out.

they send a % of money they agreed on when they put the game on steam or updated their contract, if there was a way to get 80k from 20$, they'd still get x% of 20$ not 80k gold worth of $ times x%.

dumb because i am saying deca is not losing money because they arent? their balance isnt getting any lower than it currently is when people do this exploit, how are they losing any money? i dont count missing the chance to make money as losing money.
sorry that if i sold something that i got for free, and someone stole it from me, i wouldnt count is as me losing money.

yeah, im the only one putting thought into finding this method it seems like, all the people commenting targeting me are just trying to prove their own point that im not even talking about yet them seem to think i am, they are talking about something completely different, i am talking about something completely different, yet they seem to think im talking about what they are talking about so thats why they think im wrong meanwhile im not, oh well, they have their points, i have my points, they proved their points right, i proved my points right, im just continuing to work on finding this method

so you admit they are losing money? by definition, lose is to be deprived of something. deca is being deprived of money by gold exploiters selling their gold. got em.
