Gold Exploit Finding

I have no idea why people are still arguing with Riigged over the loss of money. He clearly doesnt understand even the most childishly explained version of economics (using twigs in place of money, which he brought up first lol). So there is literally 0 reason to continue debating him on it. Its obvious to literally everyone else but him.

Ever heard the saying (im adapting it to this situation): If 1 person tells you that you are wrong, you might still be right and they are wrong...but if 10 people tell you that you are wrong then you are a fucking idiot and clearly wrong.








Theres no method to find. The exploit is either stolen credit cards OR like in the link i posted (ill post it again for those too lazy to find it: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1095281) there is a site/payment gateway that allows fake cards to be used before they are verified (which is the same basic idea as a stolen card, but less risk obviously).

Reason 1) Using a stolen card doesnt exploit any error in the code. Thats why deca hasnt been able to stop it, there is nothing to "patch" when a stolen card is used since the card is a valid and usable card.
Reason 2) Stolen cards explains why some gold accounts were banned with the reason of "chargeback". If you opened you credit statement and saw a random charge for $20-100 that you have no idea about you would probably do a chargeback too. Or the card gets reported stolen and the credit card company issues a chargeback automatically. This is why some accounts would get banned quickly and others wouldnt get banned at all (some people dont notice a stolen card for awhile because they are idiots about watching their fiances).



Now where there gold exploits in the past that didnt involve stolen cards? Probably. Infact its a good explanation why catchme's selling thread use to brag about "no accounts have been banned blahblahblah". He probably milked that exploit for all it had until deca patched it. But the latest wave of gold accounts are more then likely obtained using stolen cards or using a method with the same concept like the post i linked.

so you admit they are losing money? by definition, lose is to be deprived of something. deca is being deprived of money by gold exploiters selling their gold. got em.

The gold exploit being carding dosen't make sense for a few reasons...

1. Deca surely bans accounts which have a succesfull chargeback on gold purchase, and the reality is that card owners do notice. And I honestly haven't seen many people complaining that their gold accts were banned after a week or so.
2. Proper gold exploits have existed before, so why wouldn't this be one?
3. Half the blokes selling gold accounts wouldn't have the balls to card, and if they did, they wouldn't be stupid enough to card Realm gold. So many much more lucrative ways exist to profit with carding.


But hey, that's just my 2 cents...

they dont lose money from this exploit. if i were to do this exploit, i would be getting 16k gold for a few bucks (catchme himself said each time he did it he only had to put in like $3-4), i get gold, now, what does gold buy? it buys stuff in-game, it does not buy you food irl, it does not pay your rent, it does not pay your car insurance, no, it buys you some keys and some chances at the mystery box and some items in-game. gold is not worth any money in the "real world". deca is not losing any money, they are losing money they COULD have gotten from someone who is legitimately buying 16k gold for $100, but nothing is being deducted from their balances/wallets/accounts/whatever you wanna call em.

More gold per dollar means less money overall going into their system, which makes DECA AAAANGRY.

do you realize how dumb YOU sound? they dont sell 16k gold for $1 because they want to make as much as they can off of it, nobody else has access to sell gold right into your account except for deca which is why they can charge so much and people will buy

im talking about physically losing money, you guys are talking about like losing what you couldve gotten, but i just dont count that as ACTUALLY losing something
