Okay so I got the 1st email say your order was refunded and that's normal and I always get that email... But then a day after I got another email saying my order status has been changed. Now I never have got the 2nd email and I have done 3 apple refunds before..... I would ask my refunder but he is not online at the moment.

What does the order status show?
Also call your bank to check if there are any pending money incoming transactions,that would tell you if you got the refund 100%

Not understanding what the problem is...call and ask if the refund was reversed.
