Saw a thread about a week ago. Didn't really understand it.
Can someone explain to me the process of spoofing the player count? Could you also explain how the blacklist addon (I assume it's part of the gmod core and Garry added it? I don't know what it really is or who it's made by) works?
I'm thinking I could just buy like 5000 cheap servers and have them connect. Not sure though if you actually need a steam account to connect to the server. (Maybe I can just code my server to allow people by default to connect, take out the steam checks)
